COUNTY CLINICAL LEAD - HAMPSHIRE
Voluntary. C 1-2hrs per week
Are you a passionate mental health professional with a heart for helping children and their families? The Family Counselling Trust Hampshire is seeking a volunteer County Clinical Lead (CCL) to join our team and make a difference in the lives of young people in need.

About the role
As our County Clinical Lead (CCL), you will oversee clinical matters and ensure our services are meeting the highest standards of care & adhering to policy & regulation, provide guidance to the Family Liaison Officer & practitioners, when needed, lead the county Referral Panel and be our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in Hampshire.

About you
You will be a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, senior mental health practitioner or nurse consultant with appropriate and extensive experience in clinical operations and management. You should possess thorough understanding of the regulations and policies governing clinical services and safeguarding protocols. You will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to improving health outcomes children, families and young people.

FUNDRAISING LEADS - HANTS + WILTS
Voluntary. C 1-2hrs per week.
We are seeking a volunteer County Fundraising Lead (CFL) to join our team and develop and oversee the county's fundraising strategy and secure us vital funding. Join us in making a positive impact on the mental health of children and families by helping us raise the resources we need to continue our important work.

About the role
As our County Fundraising Lead (CFL) you will keep up-to-date with county service needs to deliver an effective fundraising programme. You will build connections with grant-giving bodies, individuals, businesses, and organisations, identify grant opportunities and craft compelling bids to secure vital funding. You will lead a group of volunteers, ensuring coordination with the FCT central fundraiser (CEO).

About you
It would be ideal if you have a proven track record in fundraising, including experience in writing successful bids and securing grants. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build and maintain positive relationships with donors, businesses, and organisations. The ideal candidate should be well-organised + have the ability to manage a team of volunteers. A strong passion for improving children's mental health and a desire to make a positive impact within the community would be highly valued.

FUNRAISING NEWS
FUNDRAISING SUPPORT - ALL COUNTIES
Voluntary. C 1-2hrs per week.
Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families in your local community? Are you a creative thinker who loves organising events that bring people together for a good cause? If so, we want you to join our team at the Family Counselling Trust as a volunteer fundraising support!

About the role
You'll be assisting our County Fundraising Lead (CFL) in carrying out our fundraising strategy and coming up with fun and engaging local events that support our mission. You'll drum up support, engage the local community and maximise press and promotion opportunities to help raise vital resources for our services. Previous fundraisers have organised sponsored bike rides, swims, supper clubs and walks.

COMMUNICATIONS & SOCIAL MEDIA VOLUNTEER
Voluntary. C.2hrs per week.
Are you expert in crafting compelling captions and eye-catching graphics? Can you inspire, educate and inform our followers with your content? We’re looking for a dynamic and creative individual to help us engage with our community and spread the word about our incredible work.

About the role
You will be responsible for managing the charity’s social media presence, updating the website, and handling other ad-hoc communications tasks as needed. From crafting engaging social media posts to writing newsletters and press releases, you'll be at the forefront of our communications efforts.
​
About you
The role is ideal for someone who already has some experience in communications and social media and wants to add valuable third sector experience to their portfolio whilst making a difference. You will have a passion for helping children's mental health and a desire to make a positive impact.

C&YP COUNSELLORS
Freelance. Varied hours. £50 per session.
We are continually looking for new experienced & passionate Child & Young Person counsellors to join our teams in Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset & Wiltshire. If you hold the following qualifications, please get in touch:

About the role:
You will be working for FCT on a self-employed basis, in a venue(s) of your choice. You will be matched with referrals depending on your experience, expertise and location. You will deliver courses of six counselling sessions per child, often involving other family members. You will be responsible for completing monitoring forms in the first and last session, and will invoice us monthly for sessions you have carried out.
