One of our friendly Family Liaison Officers will be in touch.
Please keep an eye on your phone and inbox as the Family Liaison Officer will be in touch to find out more details.
Your case is reviewed
by our referral panel of mental health professionals who decide if FCT can help you.
(If we cannot offer appropriate help, the Family Liaison Officer will suggest alternative routes to you.)
You will receive an offer with details of the counsellor you have been matched with. The Family Liaison Officer lets the counsellor know you have been offered sessions.
You will arrange your first session. Either the counsellor will get in touch with you or you will contact them to arrange a date and time for your first session.
Your sessions begin
with your counsellor. Usually this will be a course of six sessions, the frequency of which will be decided between you and the counsellor.
At the end of your sessions you will provide us with feedback so we can monitor our service & signpost to you any further support you may need.
